Description: This is a great career opportunity with a large, stable manufacturing company who is seeking to fill a very responsible Senior Tax Manager position. This position will handle all corporate tax related issues including federal and state taxes. This position is also responsible for accounting, compliance, research and planning, and tax audit management.

Responsibilities:
· Manage All Tax Accounts for US companies· Utilize Navision software for AP data entry
· Manage 123R, pension and other accounting issues; Prepare Annual Report Tax Footnote and disclosures as well as tax provisions; US FIN 48 analysis and documentation; Maintain SOX documentation and testing
· Review Federal and State tax returns and prepare related work papers documentation
· Manage quarterly estimated tax payments and return extension requests
· Keep deferred taxes in balance; Plan state tax minimization, evaluate federal and state legislation rule changes and manage state tax nexus issues· Supervise the AP function in a manufacturing company
· Manage Federal and State Income/Franchise Tax audits and assist in other tax audits as needed
· Assist in acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence and in transfer pricing
· Respond to various tax notices and questions and handle different tax issues (payroll, sales, property, pension, etc.)

Requirements:
· BS degree in Accounting
· Masters in Tax desired
· Supervisory experience
· 5-10 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Compensation: $115K Base plus 10-15% bonus potential

Responsibilities:
· Serve as primary sales representative who deals directly with outside customers on day-to-day business matters for Data Center Storage Solutions.
· Develop new sales opportunities within a specific territory.
· Send product/services information to customers upon request.
· Participate in prototyping activities, working with Engineering, Marketing and Sales executives to develop static and functional solutions prototypes to meet customer expectations.
· S/he is responsible for developing new professional services business within assigned territory. (Able to prospect and develop qualified opportunities, leading to closure of new business).

Requirements:
· 4 to 7 years of outside Information Technology Sales Experience with minimum of 2 years of professional services sales experience in the Data Center Storage Solutions.
· Bachelors preferred but not required, minimum of 3 year industry experience required. Prior experience with HP, EMC, Sun, Cisco or Oracle a plus. Strong PC skills are required, particularly Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Massachusetts market a must.

Compensation: $75k base plus bonus.
