Description: Our client is one of the leading General Contractors in the Southeast. They are constantly ranked among the top 25 Retail General Contractors and top 200 General Construction Firms in the U.S. by ENR Magazine. They have an IMMEDIATE need for a strong Sr. PM/PM with ground up hospital experience. Those with pharmaceutical and food preparation ground up will also be considered.

Requirements:
· BS in Construction management or related
· 10+ years experience working in Hospital Construction
· Knowledge of specialized hospital systems.
· Maintain customer/owner and subcontractor relationships for projects.
· Demonstrated proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
· Quality control and safety.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Outstanding organizational skills

Compensation:
· Base salary $75K-$100K based on experience.
· Performance year end bonus
· Excellent benefits package
· Relocation negotiable.
