Description: A key player within the IT industry is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities:
· Provides pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing customer requirements in conjunction with their current network and system capabilities and ensuring company design will accomplish customer's objectives.
· Responsible for the design and scoping of contact center solutions based primarily on the Cisco platforms.
· Retains responsibility for design and scope of project through delivery and into support.
· First level of technical interaction for the sales team. Aligned with a specific sales region and engaged directly by account managers of that region. Provide the management resource of the technical deliverable.
· Consult with the Sales Team during client assessment, needs analysis and client meetings.
· Evaluate each opportunity for alignment with company’s capabilities and business policy.
· Make Go/No Go recommendations to the Sales Team.
· Assures technical competency and completeness of material presented to prospects.
· Assist Management teams in assessment of additional technical resources.
· Prepare the appropriate pre-sales documentation to include a Statement of Work, Labor requirements, Project Proposals, Product/Service Cost/Pricing, RFP responses, etc.
· Communicate with other members of the pre-sales/sales organization to develop training initiatives that will enhance the effectiveness of the sales (both outside and inside) personnel.
· Assume responsibility for technical pre-sales design decisions and related justifications within the context of defined and client-approved requirements and constraints.
· Communicate technical design requirements, constraints, functionality, and implementation details verbally and in formal documentation (pre and post-sales).
· Design technical proof of concept testing.
· Work with customers to define implementation projects including requirements gathering, management of vendors, personnel, and other resources.
· Resolve complex technical issues in assessment, solution design and implementation. Provide knowledge transfer to client.
· Aid in project scoping and SOW development for both services and hardware.
· Create assessment questionnaires and other forms of written deliverables.
· Leverage a combination of advanced technical aptitude and consultative capabilities with a sales and business focus.
· Solution Architect’s role is in Customer Interactive Solutions (CIS) practice.

Requirements:
· Experience in the design and deployment of Cisco contact center solutions, including but not restricted to UCCE (IPCC Enterprise) and UCVP (CVP). Proven design experience of contact center solutions and ability to qualify and scope services projects associated with contact center projects.
· Cisco voice qualification is a plus.
· Experience with other contact center technologies like workforce optimization, desktop development, self service applications is a plus.
· Experience in a delivery role for Cisco contact center.
· Require strong verbal and written communication skills along with a willingness to mentor others in both technical and soft-skill areas.
· Eight to ten years experience in the IT industry with five years enterprise Pre-Sales experience.
· Technical leadership in at least one major network project is necessary. Significant technical involvement in at least three major network projects is required.
· Strong sales background and experience.
· Understand basic financial principles and pipeline sales planning.
· Reports to Practice Director.
· Strong technical background along with strong PC skills is required.

Compensation: $120k to $150k
