Description: This is a great career opportunity with a large, stable manufacturing company who is seeking to fill a very responsible Investor Relations Manager position.

Responsibilities:
· Represent the company to investors and analysts on road shows, facilities and other visits for the company
· Plan and manage Investor Relations events including conferences
· Create investor presentations and improve and maintain website Investor Relations content
· Establish earnings conference call presentations, scripts for senior management
· Provide periodic analysis of market conditions for senior management
· Establish e-mail and telephone communication with shareholders
· Provide analysis of market conditions for management
· Requires strong financial and analytical skills, understand needs and concerns of equity market participants and work across functions to retrieve and analyze information

Requirements:
· BS degree in Accounting
· MBA desired
· Excellent communications skills
· 5-10 years experience dealing with Investor Relations in a large manufacturing environment

Compensation: $90k - 110k plus bonus.
