Description: Our client is one of the leading General Contractors in the Southeast. ENR Magazine constantly ranks them among the top 25 Retail General Contractors and top 200 General Construction Firms in the U.S. They have a need for a strong Superintendent. Those with pharmaceutical and food preparation ground up will also be considered.

Requirements:
· 5+ Years based on experience
· Knowledge of specialized hospital systems.
· Maintain subcontractor relationships for projects and oversee daily project operations
· Prepare schedules and update project developments.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Outstanding organizational skills

Compensation:
· Base salary $60K-$75K based on experience.
· Company vehicle and company credit card
· Performance year end bonus
· Excellent benefits package
