Description: The position we have been engaged to fill for our client is extremely confidential. We will not disclose the name of our client, any information regarding our client or the exact location of the position until our client desires to make contact to set up interviews. Responsibilities:
· Will manage general accounting functions and serve as Controller for AP, AR, cash management, general ledgers, consolidations, accruals, financial statements, audit schedules and inter-company activity
· Will manage several manufacturing locations
· Will take responsibility for all Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities

Requirements:
· BS in Accounting with 5+ years experience
· CPA
· Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley
· EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT REQUIRED
· Must have top notch communication skills and be comfortable in working with upper level management
· Strong analytical and organizational skills and a proven track record in management
· Local candidates preferred
· 15% - 25% Travel required

Desired: Experience with SAP

Compensation: $90k - $95k base plus 15% bonus
