Description: A key player within the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Turnkey Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Provide mechanical design engineering for HVAC and utility systems for customer projects
· Providing process engineering and equipment design, specification, layout and integration services for customer related projects. Vendor equipment investigation, selection, price negotiation, coordination, and procurement efforts related to customer projects.
· Project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, coordination and communications. Maintain project costs within budgetary limits and reporting status.
· Conduct technical review of standard design specifications and details. Participate in monthly project reviews for technical and design concerns.
· Routinely interfacing with customer representatives to resolve issues related to design, installation, schedule, cost and project status.
· Contractor interface including scope documents, job specifications, proficiency evaluation, price negotiations and contract terms and final selection for installation and construction services.
· Managing on-site contractors regarding project performance, coordination and schedule concerns.
· Providing design drawing services as required.
· Technical presentations and preparing project quotations for submittal to customer.
· Maintaining proficiency consistent with improving job performance and upgrading technical expertise by reviewing literature, attending seminars, and interfacing with other organizations.
· Developing and encouraging good interpersonal working relationships on a company wide basis.
· Keeping departmental management informed on a routine basis of all developments and problems as they occur.
· Upon receiving training from GAT, be able to perform non-permit required confined space entry and act as fire-watch at customer sites or at GAT.

Requirements:
· BSME, NJ Licensed PE required.
· Five plus years experience in the pharmaceutical, food or related processing industries involving engineering design and construction of GMP processing labs or facilities.
· Design of HVAC and facility utilities systems for GMP processing strongly recommended. Knowledge of AUTO CAD, Word, Excel, and MS Project.
