Description: A major manufacturer is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager for a highly visible and responsible role in its corporate headquarters. A terrific career opportunity that has great growth potential.

Responsibilities:
· Division level responsibilities for recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee relations, HRIS, payroll, AAP/EEO, workers compensation, safety, employee activities and training.
· Manage the complete staffing process and coordinate with hiring managers
· Provide counseling on employee relations matters
· Lead the Safety Committee
· Handle company policy and all legal requirements
· Provide management with timely head count reports

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline·
· 5-7 years of CORPORATE human resources experience
· 3 years of human resources management experience
· Experience with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
· MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING SETTING
. Local candidates preferred

Desired:
· PHR certification

Compensation: $75k - $80K
