Responsibilities:
· Direct the software product to profitable success
· Focus on product marketing
· Continuously study and learn the market space of the industry
· Ensure the success of the company in a driven market
· Track, as well as make the company aware of, market size and available opportunity
· Attend trade shows when necessary

Requirements:
· Experience in the call center industry
· At least five years of successful marketing experience
· Experience in agent performance in call center strategies
· BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related areas
· Experience in VOIP technology
· Secure knowledge of call center software

Compensation: $100 – 120k
