Description: One of the larger and most respected construction companies on the East Coast specializing in commercial, renovation, institutional, retail, education, health and more is looking to bring a strong Senior Project Manager on board.

Responsibilities:
· This person will be responsible for cost control, scheduling, quality assurance and contract management
· Prior history of bottom-line fiscal responsibility
· Computer experience with spreadsheet development
· Maintain subcontractor relationships for all projects
· Oversee multiple Project Managers
· Work closely with EVP operations of each city as necessary
· CPM Scheduling experience a plus

Requirements:
· BS preferably in engineering – Top tier experience in construction can replace degree requirement
· 7-10 years as a PM
· Strong understanding of construction management, at risk, and other types of contracts
· Experience in commercial, industrial and retail

Compensation:
· $80K+ Based on experience, Performance Bonus potential
· Full benefits package
