Description: Reports to Project Manager. PE will plan, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors and vendors engaged on projects. Ensure they complete the work on time, within budget and to the quality of GC. Knowledge of Expedition Project Management software, P3 CPM Scheduling, and Estimating software a plus.

Responsibilities: Establish and maintain progress schedule. Handle PO’s, costing and negotiating with subs. Establish and monitor administrative procedures for project. Assure applications for payments and collection are properly disbursed. Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
· 4-year college degree (construction management preferred).
· 1+ years of experience in Commercial Construction.
· Strong computer skills, Microsoft office, Primavera, or other applicable scheduling software.
