Description: A key player within the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Formulator.

Responsibilities:
· Primary responsibility is in the planning, execution and leadership towards product development.
· Tasks will include formulation and process development as well as process scale-up and clinical trial material production.
· Responsible for coordination of the activities of the support staff assigned to your projects and the maintenance of all project records.
· Act as a scientific and technical advisor to our business manager as he/she pursues additional process development business.
· Prepare for, and participate in, educational activities such as, industry publications and presentations, training programs and live process demonstrations.
· Act as a technology resource within the organization.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Includes direct experience with solid oral products and the delivery technologies utilized for that end.
· Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
· Must have experience with solid dosage formulation, controlled release products as well as a working understanding of fluid bed technology.
· Possess good communication, presentation and organizational skills.
