Description: A key player within the aerospace industry is seeking a Manager of Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities:
· Work across all departments/functional areas of the business to facilitate and implement continuous improvements, with focus on production and operations.
· Direct production floor activities to deliver targeted improvement to the business.
· Direct initiatives to reengineer business processes from start to completion.
· Develop, train and coach employees in continuous improvement philosophy and techniques; designs training and presentation material.
· Develop and produce metrics that will aid sustainability of improvements made; develop and publish communications such as newsletters, bulletins, posters, etc.
· Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; and at least five years related experience.
· Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
· Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Must be able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
· Must be able to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
