Description: A key player within IT and Networking industry is seeking an IT Security Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Ensures that the availability and integrity of the network is not interrupted due to technical computer security incidents.
· Develops policies and controls to protect the company’s information technology assets.
· Coordinates/conducts investigations to detect potential breaches or vulnerabilities.
· Ensures compliance with established IT security & certified standards.
· Maintains physical security standards at offices.
· Coordinates computer security audit activities.
· Communicates violations of security policies and reports metrics to senior leadership.
· Designs and implements ongoing IT Security awareness programs.
· Develops and implements change control procedures and application security standards.
· Coordinates/conducts risk assessments.
· Develops and coordinates the implementation of Incident Response Procedures.
· Develops and documents disaster recovery procedures.
· Meets with company management and employees to determine current and future security needs. Remains abreast of current trends in the computer and network security field so as to develop new computer security solutions and skills in a dynamic environment.
· Develops and coordinates the implementation of centralized disaster recovery plans
· Develops and coordinates the implementation of business continuity plans.

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or related discipline or equivalent
· 5+ years experience in an IT Security environment
