Responsibilities:
· Project Management
· Planning and leading design and development activities
· Root cause analysis of technical problems

Requirements:
· BS in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in component assembly in the passive electronic components industry
· Knowledge of lean principles, FMEA, SPC, DOE, and Six Sigma
· Must be a hands-on self-starter

Desired:
· Experience with capacitor manufacturing

Compensation: $60k – $65k plus bonus
