Responsibilities:
· Develop process and material technologies for middle through end of line manufacturing of passive electronic components
· Improve existing product platforms

Requirements:
· BS in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Engineering
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in component assembly in the passive electronic components industry
· Experience with transfer molding, wire bonding, conformal coating, thin film technology coating and resistance and laser welding
· Good understanding of assembly, termination and encapsulation employed in surface mount technology
· General understanding of circuit design
· Must have good project management skills

Desired:
· Experience with capacitor manufacturing

Compensation: $70k – $75k plus bonus
