Description: This is an exciting career opportunity with a rapidly growing company. This will be your chance to get involved with these products and grow the company’s market share to really make your mark.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to grow each of the company’s power products
· Product pricing, competitive analysis and product line strategy
· Identify new markets and work with sales to move into those markets
· Develop and manage a group of field application engineers who will be supporting sales
· Support new product introduction

Requirements:
· BSEE or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience with power semiconductors
· Minimum of 5 years of management experience
· Candidates will be subject to a US Government security screening
· Willingness to travel
· Candidates must be presently authorized to work fulltime in the United States. Employer will not sponsor visas.

Desired:
· MBA
· 10 years product marketing experience with power semiconductors
· 7 or more years of management experience

Compensation: $120k - $170k base plus bonus and add-ons
