Description: Our client is one of the leading General Contractors in the Southeast. They are constantly ranked among the top 25 Retail General Contractors and top 200 General Construction Firms in the U.S. by ENR Magazine. They provide construction services for new mall construction, big box retailers, suburban and rural retail centers, tenant upfits, grocery store remodel and high-rise condos.

They are in immediate need of three (3) field superintendents for Drug Store ground-up (only) projects.

Responsibilities:
· 5-10 years hands-on experience as superintendent on ground-up Drug Store projects. Drug Store ground-up experience an absolute MUST. Those resumes without this experience will NOT be considered.
· Prepare schedules and update project developments.
· Work with sub-contractors and oversee the general daily project operations.
· Must be able to travel within VA and the Carolinas.
