Description: Our firm is looking for an experienced, strong commercial construction Project Manager for a very reputable full service General Contractor in the Raleigh, NC area. This company has built a 30 – year successful track record accommodating their customer’s unique demands, from conception to completion. The company is growing rapidly and needs superintendents who want to grow with them.
Responsibilities and Requirements: They are looking for an applicant with experience in Commercial Structures, Intuitional and Office complexes. College degree required, preferably BS in Construction Management. Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager plus experience in $10MM+ projects required.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Vehicle provided. Complete benefit package and bonus potential based on performance.
