Description: Our client is one of the leading General Contractors in the Southeast. They are constantly ranked among the top 25 Retail General Contractors and top 200 General Construction Firms in the U.S. by ENR Magazine. They provide construction services for new mall construction, big box retailers, suburban and rural retail centers, tenant upfits, grocery store remodel and high rise condos.

They are in immediate need for field superintendents for upscale 6-12 story motel/hotel.

Requirements:
· 5-10 years hands-on experience as superintendent
· MUST be able to handle 6-12 story buildings
· Prepare schedules and update project developments
· Work with sub-contractors and oversee the general daily project operations
· Need to be in the immediate area for Asheville, NC

Compensation:
