Description: Our client is ranked in the top 10 North Carolina General Contractors, and one of the leading general contractors in the Southeast.

Responsibilities & Requirements: We are looking for Superintendent with a minimum of 5+ years in Ground-up Commercial Construction, especially office experience—retail and healthcare construction is a plus. This person must be able to handle fast paced projects and work closely with subs and project support staff. Must have experience with projects in excess of $5MM. Applicants should have proven field experience and able to work independently with minimal supervision. College degree not required.

Applicants from other than the commercial construction industry will not be considered.

Compensation: $70K based on experience. Production bonus potential available based on meeting or exceeding project goals. Full benefits package including paid vacations and holidays. For the right candidate, relocation assistance is available.
