Description: Great sales opportunity with an industry leader for an experienced manager who really knows his/her way around passive electronic components.

Responsibilities:
· Manage manufacture’s reps and field sales team in the area
· Manage sales to Distributor sales channels, OEM and EMS
· Grow sales and market share
· Train, motivate and head sales team
· Negotiate local and global contracts
· Conduct business reviews with key accounts, distributors and reps
· Manage field engineering activities

Requirements:
· Bachelors degree
· Minimum of 10 years of electronic components industry sales experience
· Experience managing people and a sales region
· Sales area will include Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho and Western Canada

Desired:
· Sales experience with electronic components

Compensation: $95k - $100k base plus bonus, commissions and car
