Description: Do you want to be our Client Company’s Six Sigma Guru? If you are an experienced Master Black Belt and you want a highly visible position with a great company and unlimited growth potential, contact us right away. This position could be at a Director's level depending upon the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities:
· Lead strategic six sigma projects in worldwide business units
· Select six sigma projects
· Have ownership of and complete one corporate wide project
· Mentor Black and Green Belts at multiple company locations

Requirements:
· BS degree in a technical discipline
· Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience using Six Sigma Black Belt tools
· MUST BE A CERTIFIED MASTER BLACKBELT
· Must have experience mentoring black and green belts in DFSS projects
· Experience monitoring projects
· Must be willing to travel 30%
· Must be willing to spend up to 40% of the time in the classroom providing training

Desired:
· Advanced degree
· BSEE
· Experience with power electronics
· MBA

Compensation: $100k - $120k
