Description: Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Failure Analysis and Reliability Engineer! Get in on the ground floor with this young company and make your career.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure that company products are fully compliant with automotive quality requirements
· Perform root cause analyses
· Develop and maintain new product documentation
· Work with designers to ensure quality standards are maintained
· Plan and implement the qualification protocol for ACE Q100 certification
· Work with subcontractors to maintain quality standards

Requirements:
· BS in an Engineering Discipline
· Minimum of 3 years of semiconductor reliability testing experience
· Knowledge of AEC Q100 qualification requirements
· Package level and die level failure analysis experience
· HAST testing experience
· Temperature Humidity Bias Testing experience
· Process technology experience with MEMS and ASIC’s
· Package and Assembly testing of IC and MEMS devices

Desired:
· Experience with TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and 8D
· Experience with MEMS sensors

Compensation: $60k - $80k base
