Description: This client has provided top quality engineering services on a wide variety of projects throughout the Triangle for over 25 years. They provide a clean, smoke-free workplace with a casual, but professional atmosphere where performance is recognized and awarded and professional development is encouraged.
Responsibilities: This client is seeking 2 positive, self-motivated, detail oriented professional Survey CAD Technician with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop is strongly preferred.
Requirements: The successful candidate will work as part of a small survey team and must have the ability to prepare as-builts, topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys and construction stakeout calculations. The successful candidate must also possess excellent organizational and communications skills and have strong technical and mathematical background. Knowledge of field surveying operations would be a plus but is not mandatory. You must have the willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Compensation: Salary $15 - $17/hr contingent upon experience. Some over-time may be required. When candidate becomes a permanent employee this client will offer a full benefits package including health, vision, and dental insurance and a company-matched 401(k) program.
