Responsibilities:

• Assure that the product line is developed, manufactured and marketed
• Provide guidance on all areas of product development
• Manage cost reduction
• Manage the product roadmap
• Provide information on competitive benchmarking
• Manage the phase gate process
• Train sales staff on the product

Requirements:

• BS in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
• Experience leading and management people
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with passive electronic components
• Experience with Phase Gate processes

Desired: BSEE

Compensation: $80k - $90k plus bonus
