Description: Join a rapidly growing, progressive commercial construction company. This person must be a strong and visionary industry knowledgeable individual. Must be able to manage, support, educate, and mentor a group of Project Managers. Be able to set up a management structure that allows for the continued controlled growth of the construction arena, and to allow for additional means of career growth for Project Managers. Must be knowledgeable of the local industry environment.

Responsibilities:

• Quality, cost, schedule, and control oversight for a group of three or more Project Managers and or Assistant Project Managers and required support staff.
• Participate in hiring, evaluating, and termination of team members
• Review and approve all budgets and estimates produced by members of the team before final presentation to company President.
• Maintain customer and subcontractor relationships for projects taken on by the team.
• Conduct annual salary, bonus and performance reviews/recommendations for team members.
• Ensure appropriate minority, community hiring and (MBE/WBE) subcontracts requirements are met by the team members.
• Generate marketing leads and new proposals in conjunction with Business Development.
• Interface with Senior Management on proper field staffing and operations.
• Demonstrated proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
• Quality control and safety.

Requirements:

• BS, preferably in engineering
• 7-10 years as PM or Sr. PM
• Experience as a general contractor
• Experience in both commercial and residential
