Job Title: Commercial Field Superintendents

Description: Our client is one of the leading General Contractors in the Southeast. They are constantly ranked among the top 25 Retail General Contractors and top 200 General Construction Firms in the U.S. by ENR Magazine. They provide construction services for new mall construction, big box retailers, suburban and rural retail centers, tenant upfits, grocery store remodel and high-rise condos.

They are in immediate need for field superintendents for grocery store remodel and ground-up retail projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare schedules and update project developments.
• Work with sub-contractors and oversee the general daily project operations.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years hands-on experience as superintendent on ground-up or renovation of grocery store retail projects, an absolute MUST. Those resumes without this experience will NOT be considered.
• Candidates local to the Southeastern US ONLY
• Must be able to travel to Virginia and the Carolinas
